The Fab Fours front bumper comes with a textured black powder coat finish. It does not work with factory tow hooks but comes with welded on shackle mounts. It does come with install hardware. it also comes with a 1 year MFG Warranty. This bumper is not built to work with the OE fog lights, but comes with extra lights. It does not have 2" receiver hitch. It does have a winch mount. It will not work with front bumper sensors.
